At The Other Side Village we designed outdoor spaces rooted in the Salt Lake Valley—native plants, drought‑tolerant grasses, and modern hardscape. This lowers maintenance, supports wildlife, and creates durable gathering places.
Phase One was such a success, The Other Side is now working to implement site wide native plant communities, expanded social spaces, walking paths, and low‑impact stormwater features.
