Assisted living focuses on respect and dignity. Avanti’s design centers on aging gracefully and community. Residents start in attached homes, move to the senior living center for more support, then shift to assisted living, and finally to memory care if needed.

The site design included protected wetlands and needed mitigation. While planning, Farmington City revised the master plan and a new collector road became an added obstacle.

Ultimately, the design satisfies every development requirement and now stands ready to secure funding and ground breaking.
