Legacy Lakes in Driggs, Idaho, is a master plan completed during my tenure at Design Workshop. The entire process was finalized within a three-day charrette. Notably, the clients’ land ownership constituted only one-third of the entire area being master planned. Consequently, a plan was developed exclusively for that land, while a separate plan was devised that incorporated an 18-hole golf course routing, contingent upon the successful acquisition of additional land.

Both plans feature numerous lots oriented towards the Grand Tetons to the east. An existing creek traverses the site, and each plan endeavors to enhance its presence by routing through the site and creating a series of lakes. Additionally, a small commercial parcel is planned for limited retail purposes.
